As soon as the service has been ordered, there are no cancellations/refunds. Our drivers are on the way the second you agree to the service with our dispatchers. A non-refundable reservation for the tow truck/equipment has been made and a cancellation fee of at least 50% of the quoted service price will be charged. All sales are final. The sooner you cancel the service, the less the cancellation fee may be. If our driver is 10 minutes or less from the breakdown location, you will be charged up to 100% of the service price. We do give out invoices for canceled services, just fill out the form below.
